1. Facility: The door is old and it is a general key method, not a card key method.
2. Breakfast: It's delicious. However, it's a pity that there's no butter and cheese.
3. Service: The person who goes to the lobby at 9 a.m. communicates well, can speak English, and is kind. Overall, use a cell phone interpreter when inquiring and talking to employees.
4. Swimming pool: Kids like it. That’ll be fine.
5. Inside: It's not bad for the price. That’ll be fine.
6. Problem
- Give only four towels. You can ask for more,
- I’m running out of toothpaste. Soap may also be insufficient.

Disappointing Stay at Ocean Place Mui Ne Resort
Our experience at the Ocean Place Mui Ne Resort in Ham Tien was far from ideal.
We were staying in this hotel during a Djoser family holiday. The room’s cleanliness left much to be desired, there was sand everywhere and there were noticeable leakage stains in the bathroom that made the space feel even less maintained.
The overall facilities didn’t meet expectations either. Although the pool was nice and clean, it all felt rather basic, especially compared to the lively hostel next door, which boasted a clean, inviting pool and a friendly bar with a great atmosphere.
Breakfast at the hotel was underwhelming, with limited choices and a lack of fresh options that one might expect from a Vietnamese resort.
The hostel next door actually turned out to be the highlight of our stay, offering a refreshing change of pace and a lively, enjoyable atmosphere that we were hoping to find at Ocean Place.
All in all, we wouldn’t recommend Ocean Place Mui Ne Resort to travelers looking for a comfortable and well-kept resort experience.

Booking for family's .but the hotel still charge extra bed

Hotel you can't visit
A hotel you shouldn't go to. First, the declared four stars don't even correspond to two. In ten days off we changed rooms 3 times! The first room had mold. In the second, the ceiling flowed. In the third, the air conditioner died. The same fate awaited number four, but we left early. No hotel offers compensation for the inconvenience. The rooms are stubborn. Sockets are scarce. Water pressure is extremely weak, hot water is unregulated. Or wash in cold water or barely warm. Basic hair washing is extremely difficult with such pressure. No laundry dryer. Leaving things to dry on the balcony is not realistic - not even chairs there. And given the humidity, it's also essentially useless. Laundry services are provided for VND 70,000 kilos of linen. They have the laundry by hand. Accordingly, some more serious contaminants do not wash (why such a laundry is even needed - manually and can be handled themselves). The quality of room cleaning depends entirely on the nilness of the tip. No tips - you won't even get your cups washed.
The hotel provides breakfast only. You can't even order dinner for a fee. Even though they get dinner when the locals come.
In the ant rooms. It's okay if it's regular. Some are edible. We prayed we wouldn't bring them home with us as a souvenir.
The sea. The hotel is declared as the first line. So this hotel has no beach! There is access to the sea from the so-called promenade. There's a coastline at low tide. At high tide, dive whatever you want. You can go right from this waterfront.
The hotel grounds are clean, well maintained.
Leaving the hotel takes you to the muddy streets, no sidewalks. You pray you don't get hit by mopeds or cars.
The hotel provides breakfast only. You can't even order dinner for a fee. Even though they get dinner when the locals come.

Reasonable hotel (not really a resort)
We were traveling with a group of 26 and stayed here 2 nights while visiting the red and white sand dunes. The pools are great, but they are both very warm as Mui Ne is very warm. Still refreshing. The rooms were large, clean and great airco. Breakfast was reasonable, not special but was fine. There's a boardwalk between the hotel and the actual beach but you will not want to swim in the beach, there's a lot of garbage (mainly plastic) scattered on the beach. So sad to see. And the closer you get to Mui Ne the worse it gets. I wouldn't call this a resort as it has pool but not other amenities. We did have lunch here on the second day, that was quite good. For a 3 star hotel with a pool it's good.
