You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Online registration must be completed online via a secure link. A copy of your government-issued photo ID after booking will be required. As this is not a hotel, there is no staff on site. It is a self-check in process
