Emotional Support Dog, Conditions: Additional cost per night: $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning. Only 1 small or medium-sized emotional support pet weighing up to 20 kg/44 lb is allowed. The guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date. The emotional support pet must always wear a harness, vest or leash, and remain in permitted areas: the room, walking areas, and areas designated by the hotel. The emotional support dog is not allowed in restricted areas. The guest will be responsible for the behavior of their emotional support pet and agrees to pay for any damages or harm caused to another guest, employe or customer in their personal space or to the hotel's facilities and/or furniture.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
