Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 25 years or older to check-in. Guests arriving after 20:00 Sunday through Friday or after 23:00 on Saturday must contact the property in advance to arrange after-hours check-in. This property is a Vacation Ownership Property, which means at times guests may be required to change apartments during their stay. Please note alcoholic beverages, radios, and excessive noise not permitted in the pool area.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
