Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Housekeeping is not included, but can be requested for a fee at check-in. Please take note that housekeeping is not included in the room rate. Additional charges will be applicable for Housekeeping services. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The service charge includes parking, internet and pool access. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
