غرف وخدمات مثيرة للاشمئزاز
لن أعود أبدًا ، لقد بقيت مع ESA قبل بضع سنوات. إنه الآن كابوس. كانت الغرفة تحتوي على منشفة حمام واحدة فقط ، ولا تحتوي على صابون أو TP ، ولا تحتوي على ميكروويف ، أو علب قمامة أو شماعات في غرفة حجز إقامة ممتدة. كنت أرغب في تسجيل الخروج ولكن قيل لي إن حجزي لمدة أسبوع غير قابل للاسترداد والمدير مع الشركة. خدمة العملاء لم تكلف نفسها عناء الاتصال بي وتوقفت في المكتب يوميًا وأخبرت دائمًا أن جنرال موتورز غير متاح.

مكان فظيع للبقاء وغير أمين!
أقمنا في استوديوهات Hometown على طريق Colonial Drive في أورلاندو في 28 ديسمبر 2023. لقد أعلن على موقع الويب أنه صديق للكلاب ولكن بمجرد وصولنا إلى هناك كان علينا أن نتجادل حول السماح لكلبنا بالدخول لأنهم كانوا يرفضون. التقطوا لقطة شاشة للدعاية وأظهروها لهم. أخيرًا سمح لنا بالدخول. فقط لنجد كلبًا آخر في الطابق الثاني موجودًا بالفعل! ! كانت غرفتنا قذرة لذا انتهى بنا الأمر بالنوم في أكياس النوم الخاصة بنا (أحضرناها من شاحنة التخييم الخاصة بنا) والوسائد الخاصة بنا. مررت المكنسة (حصلت عليها مرة أخرى من شاحنتنا) حيث كانت الأرضية مقددة بالأوساخ. عندما غادرنا في صباح اليوم التالي التقطنا صوراً للغرفة. تركها أنظف قليلاً مما كانت عليه عندما دخلنا! ! لقد قمنا بإيداع مبلغ تأمين بقيمة 50 دولارًا، وقيل لنا أنهم سيعيدونه ولكنهم لم يفعلوا ذلك أبدًا! عدت لذلك في 9 يناير قبل مغادرة أورلاندو إلى الشمال. بحث المدير كاميرون عنها وقال إن الشركة احتفظت بها من قبل أليسا ولم يعرف سبب الاحتفاظ بها. كنت أعتقد أن المدير سوف يعرف! ! ! سنفتح نزاعًا قانونيًا عندما نعود إلى المنزل. إنها مسألة المدير وما هو الصواب وما هو الخطأ! ! اشعر بالسرقة بدون سبب ولن تعود أبدًا إلى أي فندق متعاقد من الباطن مع RED ROOF! ! !
