You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the booking reservation must match the name of the guest at check-in and the card holder's name provided at time of booking. If the guest at check-in does not have their name on the booking, the property may not admit the guest at check-in. If the number of guests at check-in exceed the number of guests on the booking, the property may not admit the guests at check-in.
