Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Mayfair House Hotel & Garden of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used to secure the initial reservation must be presented upon check-in and must match the photo identification, which is also required at check-in. All special requests are not guaranteed, are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur an additional charge. When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies apply. For more information, please contact the property directly. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of USD 150 per stay is applied for deep cleaning. A resort fee of USD 29 plus tax is required and will be collected at the property. Please note that the Mayfair Grill will only be open for dinner from Monday to Friday, and for brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that a la cart breakfast is provided in the Treister Breakfast Room daily.
