Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cash deposits may not be refunded prior to 10:00 on the day of check-out. A security deposit of USD 150 on a credit card is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. We do not take cash. A security Deposit is a minimum of a $150 USD deposit required on a Credit/debit card at check in.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
