شعرت قليلا لا يريد كعميل
عندما وصلنا ، وعدم التمكن من الحجز مسبقًا ، قام شخص من العداد بنجمة في وجهي ، وأصبح تسجيل الوصول غريبًا ، مما جعلني أشعر بأنني غير مرغوب فيه جدًا. لم أحصل على خصم من الأعضاء على الرغم من أنني عضو ويمكنني إظهاره ، وما إلى ذلك. ربما كان ذلك صحيحًا ، لكن يمكنك التعامل مع مثل هذه المشكلات والتعامل معها بطرق مختلفة ، لا تجعل العميل يشعر بعدم الارتياح. انتهى دفع حوالي 86 دولار. ليس مثل هذه الصفقة بعد الآن.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the service you received from our front desk staff at that time, which made your stay less pleasurable. Regarding the pool , I assure you and to our future guest that the pool is cleaned on a regular basis, including weekly special treatment and I want to apologize for the temporarily dirt in which you found it. We hope to see you again and completely transform your view of our service, cleanliness and hospitality.
