Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. • Pet Friendly Hotel - $150 + 17% tax nonrefundable service fee will be applied at check-in for a maximum of (2) dogs up to 75lbs/each. • Emotional Support Animals / Service Dogs are welcomed - Certified Registry Card by an Official Agency is required upon Chick-in. (Assistance Dogs of America or Similar Agency) • Non-Smoking Property - $500 + 8.25% tax smoking fee for rooms discovered with smoke/vapor smell. • Incidentals Policy - $100/night per room will be authorized for incidentals upon check in. Please be advised that use of your credit or debit card for authorization purposes or payment, your card issuer’s bank may hold authorizations for up to 3-10 business days or more before the funds are released back to your account.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in.
