Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Halekulani of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Hotel’s SpaHalekulani & Premier Suite modernization project will take place from January 8, 2024, to the end of April 2024. As the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience. Please know that the hotel will remain open, and we will be offering our full range of services, including spa treatments throughout the dates of the project. Work will take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) and will be limited to a designated area of the hotel.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
