Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The property will apply a pet fee of $150 per stay and a $55 cleaning fee for pets. The incidental deposit of $50 but the card can be charged up to $250 for additional damages.
