Great hotel and amazing service!

Cayleigh is of the best hospitality workers I have encountered in my travels around the globe! The service and professionalism is top notch. We are loyal Bonvoy customers and will be back just to visit with her and Debbie and Todd! The scone was delicious. The hotel is a great example of preserving history in our great state of Texas! Please forget that hospitality workers serve at our pleasure not the other way around! They are just hard workers with families and lives to support!

The Room had huge bed bugs!! If you go be very careful and check. Luckily we checked and the hotel manager wasn’t really surprised which is a huge red flag.

Rockin!

Todd is pretty dope. I believe he works in the cafe during the day. He may not be from Texas but he sure knew to get here quick! Attentive, friendly and such a genuinely good human. Thank you!

Great Start!

I am having a great experience on my business stay. Todd provided me with great hospitality this morning at breakfast. Polite, helpful and pleasant. While working those are three great attributes! Thanks Todd for kickstarting my day!!

Amazing Service!!

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and overall absolutely great! It also has a wonderful location in downtown! Todd in the Blum & Co restaurant was wonderful! He loves his job and is quick with requests!
