It was a very nice and clean room. The only issue was the noise the fan/furnace made at night. I like to have a soft fan type noise, but the one in my room squealed.

Good experience: recommend

Hotel was clean and modern. Room was nice. Train noise complained about in other reviews was present but not an issue for me. I left early so I didn’t partake in breakfast but I appreciated that the coffee was out early so I grabbed some before I left. Overall a good experience and I recommend this hotel.

Tepid shower and lukewarm customer service

Selected hotel based on reviews. Turned on shower, excited to see pressure! But it did not get hot, or warm even. Called front desk who confirmed several complaints about cold/tepid showers. Told maintenance would not be in until Monday (this was Friday) and offered excuse of “on demand” water heater….to which my response is, you HAVE to provide a clean property, good bed and hot shower if you don’t get anything else right. I suggested they reconsider calling maintenance as this could result in plenty of negative reviews. Could have overlooked the “pilling” on linens but cold shower and disinterested, unhelpful response makes this a “Will not return” property.

We should be able to offer a warm shower and comfy bed, as well as great customer service and I am so sorry this was not the case during your stay. I will follow up with maintenance and/or a plumber as these issues need fixed immediately to ensure this is in isolated experience. Won't stay again

Would not stay again. Arrived tired. Mobile key didn't work. Finally got into room and it had electrical issues - had to reset breaker every time a light and tv were on! Second room had no bedding for pull out couch. But the icing on the cake was being awoken at midnight and 1:30 am with loud and prolonged train whistles. Horrible night.
