Fitness center is closed from Tue, Mar 04, 2025 until Fri, Apr 11, 2025 A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in time is after 16:00. If you plan to arrive early, the bellman on the ground floor can store your luggage so that you may start exploring Chicago. Our checkout time is at noon. If you plan to stay in Chicago later than that, our bell captain on the ground floor will be able to hold your luggage after check-out time so you may still explore Chicago. Renovation work of the lobby will be carried out from March 4th, 2025, until April 11th, 2025.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
