Renovations are currently underway at The Residence Inn Seattle/Bellevue Downtown as the hotel is overhauling guest rooms and public spaces. These improvements which are part of hotel's ongoing efforts to enhance the property. The contractors will be working during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 8 A.M. – 6 P.M. Saturday: 10 A.M. – 6 P.M. Sunday: 10 A.M. – 6 P.M. The hotel is doing everything possible to minimize the impact. Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
