You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the hotel is a very popular wedding venue, therefore some bedrooms may experience noise at the weekend. Pets Policy: Maximum 2 small dogs per room is allowed and dogs are only permitted in our standard rooms. £10 per dog, per night payable on arrival to the hotel. Please note that as the property is a listed building, it does not have a elevator. Ground floor rooms are available and subject to availability and guests can arrange this by using the Special Request Box when booking. Please note for bookings of 6 or more rooms a group policy will apply.
