nice executive room 8/10
tv in room load of channels 10/10
no sleep button and the volume only went down to 9? 5/10
shower in bathroom was the worst I've had 1/10
bar area 8/10
breakfast was ok, no hash browns but instead potatoes which went cold quick and the orange juice/ squash was really awful so 6/10.
quick check out 10/10
good location 8/10
no car parking but there is one only 5 minutes walk which was easy to use. 8/10

Beds rock hard felt like sleeping on a concrete slab, some pillows flat others hard as stone. Not a great night sleep, but a lovely hotel

Please note that a deposit per room is payable upon check-in. Please note that the hotel does not have parking facilities. Private parking is available at Grosvenor Square Car Park, a 5-minute walk from the property. The postcode is SO15 2GR. It costs GBP 11 per 24 hours. Children's cinema room with complimentary squash, popcorn and ice lollies is open from 6pm to 8pm, Monday to Saturday during Hampshire school holidays, and on Fridays & Saturdays only during all other weeks. Children's movies are shown from 6pm, and children must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.
