ودود للغاية
إقامة ودودة، ومؤدب، يتبادلون الحديث ومتعاونون. إنه ليس فندق المعتادة في هذا المجال، سأعود. بالإضافة إلى ذلك إلى المدير، كما تحتوي على فريق جيد جدا. لقد أحببنا أنتوني فى وقت متأخر بار - ميزة رائعة!

Holiday Inn Express Hamilton
I will say I was very pleasantly surprised!
All staff were superb (especially Esther who checked me in and Tatiana who did the overnight shift) - very knowledegable and friendly but efficient.
Despite my room facing the roundabout etc. (room 401), the double glazing was more than sufficient and I couldn't hear any external noise after closing the window. I say that because I had to have the window open on arrival for a couple of hours because there is no a/c, only heating.
My only problem outside the room was that my preferred HIE beer in the UK, Cruzcampo, was unavailable - and Amstel (the alternative) is more than awful! There are plenty of ciders etc. though instead.
