You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All guests staying in the hotel are required to provide the original and valid Passport or Emirates ID as well as credit card upon check-in. Please note that the hotel does not accept third party payment or personal checks. Same card used for booking must be shown upon check-in at the hotel for verification purposes.
