Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Per local law, all guests staying at the hotel must present a valid original passport, Emirates ID (for UAE residents) or original National ID card from GCC countries ( Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar) upon check-in. Kindly note that the credit card used to make the booking will be required upon check in for verification, in the absence of this credit card the hotel will ask for full payment at the time of check-in. Please note that the minimum age to register and check in at the hotel is 18 years old as per UAE law. Please note the Child breakfast rate is AED 20 per day, charges are additional to the room rate booked. Please note that a pre-authorization of first night will apply on the provided credit card at the time of booking. For debit cards, first night charges will be directly debited from the provided card. If the booking is non refundable, full charges will apply.
