لم يكن بوسعك اختيار موقع أفضل؛ الفندق رائع
الفندق بأكمله رائع وفريق العمل متعاون بشكل لا يُصدق. الشاطئ شامل الماء، ولإقامتنا، فقد حصلنا أيضًا على مشروبين صغيرتين في البار كل يوم. فهي تقيم فعاليات ثقافية مجانية رائعة كل يوم في فترة ما بعد الظهيرة. كان لدينا غرفة بمدخل حمام السباحة كانت ضخمة والسرير ضخم. غرفة سوبر بسرير ملكي، وربما أكبر. كانت مريحة بشكل لا يُصدق، وكانت تكييف الهواء مناسبًا.
وقد اشتكى بعض الأشخاص من وجبة الإفطار، ولكنني بصراحة لا أعلم ماذا يمكن أن تتوقع أكثر من هذا الفندق. خيارات رائعة لتناول الإفطار من الفواكه والأطباق القارية والمطبوخة، وكذلك المعجنات بالقدر الذي تريد. وفي كل يوم، يقدمون مشروبًا مختلفًا من العصائر الصحية ومشروبات صحية مختلفة.
وتعد حمام السباحة الموجود بمدخل حمام السباحة نقطة صغيرة الوحيدة، حيث يبلغ طوله 80 سم فقط، لذلك لا تتوقع مسبحًا عميقًا، ولكن سيظل رائعًا للاسترخاء. لقد شعرنا برائحة سيئة في الحمام في نقاط متنوعة خلال النهار، ولكنني استمتعت أيضًا بالروائح الرائعة في الهواء الطلق من آن لآخر، لذلك أتخيل أن هذا يتكرر في فنادق أخرى، ولا يمكن لأي شخص القيام بذلك. ولم يفسد الأمر إقامتنا، فقد أبقينا باب الحمام مغلقًا فقط عند الحاجة.

ليست سيئة، ولكنها تحتاج إلى تحسين
عملية تسجيل وصول هائجة. ومن الرائع أن ينظم الفندق بعض الأنشطة، وسيكون من المفيد إذا كان بإمكانه الإشارة إليها أو تقديم بعض المعلومات المكتوبة أثناء تسجيل الوصول.
من الصعب التنزه في الفنادق، والعديد من الخطوات والخطر، ويتسم الفجوة الكبيرة في المدخل بالخطر، خاصة إذا كنت تحمل أمتعتك. كما أن درَج السلالم شديدة الانحدار في السبا. يجب أن أذكر مشكلة تتعلق بوصول ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أثناء الحجز، وذلك حتى يعرف الناس.
كان الصابون أشياء ممتعة. والآن لديهم رائحة سيئة.
وقد وعد موظفو الاستقبال بالحجز مع المطعم، ولكنهم لم يعودوا إلينا مطلقًا.
أعجبتني برنامج الوسائد، ولكنني لم أعرف ذلك حتى عثرتُ على ذلك على موقعك الإلكتروني. أكثر من مجرد استكشاف ذاتي.
حصل زوجي على حصة في رأس الاستحمام.
والمجفف كان لطيفا. يجب تعقيمها قبل الاستخدام.
لا توجد أرفف أمتعة في الغرفة.
تحتاج إلى مواصلة إعادة إدخال كلمة مرور شبكة wifi، وهو أمر مثير للغاية
الكرسي مقيد.
كما أن مشروب الشمع في الإفطار كان حارًا.
الدراجات قذرة وغير مزوَّدة
فمضخة المياه الموجودة بجوار غرفتنا مزعجة للغاية، خاصة في الليل
لا توجد كرسي شاطئي كافٍ حول حمام السباحة
السبب وراء اختيارنا لمركز التسوق "يو" مرة أخرى كان لأننا انبهرنا بإقامتنا مع شركة "يو ساثورن". ولكنني الآن لست متأكدًا مما إذا كنت سأختار "فنادق يو" مرة أخرى. لم يسبق لي أن واجهتَ مثل هذا العدد من المشكلات في فندق أقمنا فيه.
