Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bicycles, snowboards, trailers, and scooters are not allowed at this property Guests must inform the accommodations of their expected arrival time within reception hours, at least one hour in advance, it must be communicated exclusively through their booking reservation or SMS. Upon arrival you must leave a deposit of 40 euros per room for keys and access cards, BY CARD. The non-return of the keys and other rules entails the loss of said deposit. In 2024 we are renovating some rooms and common areas, so there may be some inconvenience or lack of services that do not affect the overnight stay. No receipt of the deposit is given because it is understood that it is mandatory to leave it and without this condition, it is not possible to enter the established. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access guest rooms, neither during the day nor at night. Visitors must wait outside the property. The hot water is by means of an electric thermos, if it empties you have to wait for it to fill up again.

Please note that under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective February 1, 2025, hotels in Spain may request certain personal information at check-in, including but not limited to identification, address, email, and phone number for guests 14 and older, as well as proof of relationship with minors under 14.
