Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Casa Emilia know your expected arrival time in advance. As an extra service we have available for all the flats with a wood-burning fireplace which would be a tray for a price of 15 euros.
