This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A surcharge of 50€ applies for arrivals from 00:00 - 2:00 am. Late Check in from 9:00 pm - 00:00: 30€ Late Check in from 00:00 - 2:00 am: 50€ All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property may request a 300€ deposit prior to arrival. The deposit, paid with a debit or credit card, will be refunded after departure if the established accommodations rules are met and no damage to the property is identified.
