Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Estudios Aránzazu of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In order to improve the guests' stay, renovation works are currently being carried out on the elevators. The establishment regrets any inconvenience caused. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. We do not clean the rooms during the stay. We do not deliver cleaning products or cleaning supplies. Towel change every 3 days on request. Reservations of more than 3 studios are considered group reservations and therefore have special conditions, must be paid at the time of booking and will be considered nonrefundable rates.
