This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be aware in all booking where there are minors, at least 1 adult +18 years old has to stay in the apartment with them to be able to be accommodated in the establishment.
