إقامة في مرسى ميليا بالما

حسنًا، إذاً، فمرسى ميليا بالما (Melia Palma Marina) هو اسم ساحر حقًا؟ وهو فاخر حقًا - إنظر. الموقع مذهل، حيث يقع مباشرة على المرسى مع إطلالات خلابة. منطقة حمام السباحة مذهلة ومثالية للاسترخاء ومشاهدة المارة. وكان الموظفون في الغالب ودودين ومتعاونين، وخاصة موظفو البار الذين يقدمون الكوكتيلات اللذيذة! كانت هناك بعض الأشياء الرائعة التي أبهرتني بشدة. وعلى الرغم من أن غرفتي مزخرفة بشكل رائع، فقد شعرت بالمرح قليلا. كان من الممكن أن يستغرق الحمام بعض الوقت لتجديد النشاط، حيث كانت بعض الحمامات قاسية بعض الشيء، تعرف؟ كما أن خدمة Wi-Fi كانت غير متسقة، وبالطبع غير متسقة. وقد نجح ذلك في بعض الأحيان بشكل رائع، وأحيانًا لم يكن موجودًا عمليًا. إنها حقًا رائعة للسائحين، وخاصةً أنهم يحاولون مشاركة لقطات لعطلات رائعة!

No referral, no rebooking

No recommendation, hygiene and condition of rooms insufficient.
Have booked the hotel, due to its proximity to the cruise terminal, for 3 nights. Premium room with sea view and half board.
Condition of the room desulate, obsolete and hygienic defects.
Booking with half board, dinner in the restaurant by menu. Menu choice.
After ordering the first and main course, we were already served on the first evening, no further at the table. Restaurant was not too busy or full. Not a fair business model as the travel price , especially the half board, has already been paid in advance. Dessert thus excluded, as no further service was provided at the table.
An unfriendly response was made to a complaint addressed to service personnel . We are "supposed" to complain to the management so that more staff would be made available. Conversation was then broken off unkindly by the service staff and turned away.
No comprehensible behaviour towards the guest, as it has not been possible to fully use the services of the booked half board. This argument presented was not noted and ignored by the service personnel.
Room condition obsolete and hygienic defects. Furniture, skirting boards, doors and light switches damaged, dirty. Balcony door not securely lockable.
Missing toilet brush in the bathroom, it is incomprehensible what toilet is cleaned with.
Hygienic deficiencies in the breakfast area, salt and pepper shakers were also on the tables, dirty.

Fabulous Melia level room

Fabulous hotel! Really has the wow factor when you walk in! We were in a level room with the most amazing marina view. The level lounge is fabulous with drinks all day (lots of cava and beers!) and then spirits between 5-7. After exploring Palma during the day the level lounge with its fabulous views was just lovely! We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast choice was great. Ladies - great hairdryer in the room! Location wise it’s apx 15-20 mins walk into the centre, but plenty of cabs around, apx 8 euros each way! Go it’s fabulous!!

Great hotel for location and atmosphere. Alejandro and Alicia gave us the most wonderful welcome and made us feel very special. They really enhanced our stay and especially for my husband's birthday. We absolutely cannot wait to return, thanks to them!!

Disappointed. We had to move.

We arrived to find there is extensive work being done the entire run of footpath along the Marina. It runs for approx 1.5 miles!
There are lots of restrictions and the noise starts at 07.30. We stayed in the Meliá Palma Marina. Yes, the view is wonderful BUT…
We booked a superior twin room. The room is not 4 star superior - more like 3 star - and in need of refreshing/tefurbishment. Poorly designed, looking old, a bit tatty, no drawers for storage except for two small ones under the sink in the bathroom. Once you get past the grandeur of the hotel lobby, that’s it.
Breakfast is buffet style. The bacon, baked beans, scrambled egg and friend eggs were cold. Charging €20 is, frankly, a rip-off.
We were very disappointed. So much that we moved to another hotel (at an extra cost of a few quid short of £400) after spending only two nights at the Melia Marina. The remaining 9 nights are being spent at the HM Palma Blanc where, we hope the superior room will be just that, and breakfast will be served hot. Not much to ask for when you consider the amount of money we’ve paid JET2 for this trip. I will update when this holiday has concluded.
