Relaxing holiday in the great hotel
The hotel has a beautiful design and our room is very bright. The balcony invites you to sunbathe.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the staff is very helpful. They are happy to respond to the wishes. The restaurant staff, especially Leidy, help to make you feel comfortable with their laughter. The reception also takes the concerns very seriously. On the remark that the bed is a bit too hard for my taste, they immediately organized me a Tupper for the mattress. Just great.

Not 5 star - lack of cleaning and service in general
I stayed there last summer for 5 days.
Overall, it is not a 5 star hotel compared to other hotels in the area. For example Iberostar Llaut and Iberostar Playa de Palma. These have added higher quality and the price is about the same.
For me, it is not a 5 star that it takes 15 minutes before you are offered coffee for breakfast and that the coffee is cold. In addition, it is not 5-star that all the sunbeds by the pool are worn. The staff also do not clean under these - found cigarette butts under the sunbeds as well as old cups etc. upstairs by the small pool.
The hotel's rooms are nice - however, the bed is very hard and not a double bed, but two combined single beds.
It is not 5-star, but closer to 4-star at an overpriced price.
There is a lack of more skilled staff and service, especially in relation to cleaning and the breakfast.
Will not come again.

Excellent
I was at the hotel in December. The truth has been wonderful. Since we have come in the staff has taken exceptional care of us. From the rceeption equipment to your attentive guest service at Pietro breakfasts.
The rooms (at least our category) are separated into different rooms, which gives a spacious feeling, you feel at home! Besides, they're clean. We loved the subtle smell of bed linen and towels. All areas are decorated with intention and furnishings that invite you to enjoy the spaces both in summer and winter.
Breakfast offers a lot of variety and combines table service with buffet service so you can enjoy all that it offers!
The SPA pleasantly surprised us. From different types of water pressures to various types of sauna with adjustable temperatures for all audiences. An oasis that in winter is a very positive point!
Normally when the low season arrives many hotels reduce services to maintain costs and this is reflected in lack of staff, reduction in some services such as breakfast or less availability in SPA, and that is something that we do not notice at any time in this hotel. Our experience culminated with the farewell of its fantastic director, Marina, who was in charge of showing us the hotel and its possibilities for a future experience in the off-season which we will accept for sure!

Hotel no 5 stars but still OK
The hotel is right behind the beer king, so it is very busy and very noisy in summer.
The hotel makes a nice impression, especially the reception area is nice.
Checking in and checking out was good!
The rooms suites and junior suites are very large and you have enough space for clothes and suitcases, the beds are unfortunately separated and very wobbly and move very easily.
It is shower gel etc. also available a bathrobe, ours had holes and a bag was missing but well !
The rooms are cleaned in order, so dusting on the barriers is not done and Wc paper is not refilled whole 3 times in a week ! The doors slam very loud when closing.
The spa area is a good 3 saunas even one with over 90 degrees looks nice, only in this one the lamp was broken for a week so the complete fairing was off.
Also there was no ice in the specially installed basin for this and there are very few lying down and otherwise leash possibilities to sit if all lying down are occupied.
In the whole hotel it was ice cold lobby, bar restaurant so that a comfortable sitting in the areas was not possible.
The food only possible in 3 courses is almost only a dish in the main course vegetarian !
If you are there for more than a week host it closely with the selection, they have a daily dish but is only named on request and we also just happened to overhear. But not every waiter knows the current , the service is partly very unstructured and bumpy drinks like water to wine are not regifted sometimes there is water with lemon and ice cubes sometimes not a red thread sometimes in small glasses sometimes in large.
The dessert must be eaten with a kinship spoon only on request a dessert spoon. At the bar the cutlery is loudly polished and thrown into the drawers horror!
The good is after my first very bad hospitality I was approached!
But I think after our two visits to the hotel, we will probably book Iberostar again.

Being at Hotel Aubamar is not just staying at a 5 star hotel; it is feeling at home in a superior setting. What really stands out is not only its excellent infrastructure, but the human team that makes it unforgettable. From breakfast, where Alejandra leads with a smile and impeccable service, to Antonio, the maître, who inspires with his professionalism and flexibility. Marina, the director, is always present, making sure everything is perfect and that each guest feels unique. And I cannot forget Esau, who embodies hospitality with his sympathy and dedication. The staff, from the maids to the reception desk, brings warmth and heart to every corner of the hotel. A real luxury in every way!
