In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform Hotel Balcón de Europa of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Please note that air conditioning is only available in summer, and heating is available during winter. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. We only have some adapted rooms, it is necessary to request your stay with pet beforehand. We only accept 1 dog per room/per reservation (max. 10kg) Suplement: 100 € per dog per room per night.
