It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are not allowed. Neighbors might call the police if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect and without any refund. Please note that the following items may incur fees charged on site, you may contact the hotel for the specific amount according to your needs: check-in after 20:00, check-in after 00:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time. Please inform the hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building.
