This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform BBarcelona Diputació Flat of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Your apartment will be available from 15:30h (3:30pm) onwards Check-in between 20:00h (8:00pm) and 1:30am carries an extra charge of €40 The latest time to check in at the apartment is 1:30am. Parties are forbidden in the apartments. Additional guest who do not pay the corresponding rate cannot stay in the apartments. Please inform Bbarcelona Apartments Sagrada Familia Flats in advance of you expected arrival time.
