For all bookings from the UK guests are required to provide a copy of their passports and a credit card. Failing to have these documents the property will collect full payment upon arrival.

Non-Muslims may enter Medina, but must keep distance from the Al-Masjid al-Nabawi. Please note to check with hotelif they accept non-muslim guests. As per the directives of the Tourism Ministry In Saudi Arabia, the Official Checkin time in Makkah and Madinah officially starts from 6pm onwards therefore the Hotel Check-in time may vary and kept at the discretion of the Hotel. According to government policy and social customs in Saudi Arabia, marriage certificate need to be provided upon check in if a male and female shares a room.
