Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PLN 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation. When booking more than 8 rooms, please note that different conditions may apply. Parking has limited access and has only 64 spots. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the spot for each Guest.
