We acknowledge your concerns regarding the temperature control within our rooms. Our hotel is equipped with a central air system that maintains a comfortable environment based on the outside temperature. This system efficiently provides warmth during the winter months to ensure our guests' comfort. From October 1st. the system started heating already. We regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred and the inconvenience this has caused you.

انتبه!! لا تحجز، مكان سيئ جدًا
اعتقدتُ أن هذا فندق كان جيدًا وفقًا للصور والتعليقات، ولكنني لم أكن مخطئًا مطلقًا! ! ! كانت إقامتنا تشعر وكأننا في فندق صغير مُشغّل، حتى أن فندق صغير فاخر لن يبدو هذا الشكل.
انتبه! وقد فرضوا على بطاقتي 20 دولارًا إضافيًا بعد السداد لأسباب غير معروفة، وقد اكتشفوا ذلك فقط بعد الهبوط إلى الولايات المتحدة. أرسلت شركة Anchor رسالة، ولكن لدي شعور بأنني لن أراها مجددًا. لم نستخدم أي شيء في الغرفة؛ فلن يكون هناك شيء للاستخدام:
لا ماء، ولا شاي أو قهوة، ولا ماء، ولا شيء، ولا حتى حوض نفايات ⁇ ️ في الغرفة، قال مكتب الاستقبال أن هناك نفايات في الحمام LOL! !
غرفة صغيرة لذيذة للغاية، مع أسرة رخيصة صغيرة مقببة معًا، لا يمكن لشخصين المشي جنبًا إلى جنب، وأسرة تتميز بأغطية رائعة ذات رائحة مضحكة، وحظوظ سعيدة بالنوم فيها دون أن يكون مقرفًا، وحمام بلاستيكي صغير مع أبواب الدش الزجاجية يجعل صوتًا صاخبًا صارخًا إذا حاولت إغلاقها، وخزانة آمنة لم تنجح، والنوافذ ليست مفتوحة بما يكفي لإدخال الهواء المنعش، وممشى طويل للغاية للوصول إلى الغرفة، والسجاد الملون في الممرات وغير ذلك.
وهو ليس رخيصًا على الإطلاق.
ولا غنى عن القول إنني لن أعود إلى هناك، ولن أعتبر أيًا من فنادق أنكوير في المستقبل. مكان مقرف، ولا يستحق فعليًا إقامتنا.

We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our aim is to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we regret that the temperature in your room was not to your satisfaction. Our central air system is influenced by external temperatures, which proves a challenge to regulate during periods of fluctuations. Furthermore, we would like to address the absence of breakfast bowls during your morning meal. This is certainly not reflective of our standards and we will ensure that our breakfast service is meticulous going forward.
Regarding the television and the lamp above your desk, we apologize for the oversight and understand how this can impact the enjoyment of your room's amenities. We strive to maintain our rooms to the highest standard, including ensuring cleanliness in every corner, and we apologize if the condition of the shower fell short of our commitment to excellence. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, but we also don't seem to have had a booking for you?? It is concerning to hear that you found interactions with management to be less than satisfactory, we don't recognize this at all, since we are always very professional and handle along the behavior of the guests.
Nonetheless, we are situated in an ideal location in the heart of The Hague, offering easy access to the city's vibrant shopping areas, cultural landmarks, and the beautiful Scheveningen beach. We hope you were able to enjoy these aspects during your stay.
