Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments. The exclusive costs (bed linen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs for all guests over the age of 2. After 14 days, the bed linen will be changed again and a surcharge of EUR 15.5/set applies. Please note that late check-in past 17:00 is only possible upon request. If guests expect to arrive past 17:00, they are requested to contact the property. Guests can request the following extras (optionally) at an additional charge: - Extra bed linen (on top of mandatory bed linen): EUR 13 per set - Towel package: EUR 5.50 per set - Kitchen linen: EUR 5.50 per set - Air conditioning: EUR 10 per day(only on request) - Children's furniture (baby bed, high chair, play pen): free of charge (bed linen excluded) - Late check-out until 16:00 (subject to availability): EUR 50 - Pet: EUR 7.50 per pet per night Please note that an extra charge of EUR 30/unit applies when guests request a specific chalet including pet-free chalets, specific chalet numbers or a specific location on the park.
