Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Credit cards are used only to a guarantee for your reservation. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more different policies apply. In this case hotel reserves the right to ask a prepayment as a guarantee of the reservation. The prepayment amount is 50% of the total reservation value, acceptable by bank transfer only. Please note that such reservation will not be confirmed till the hotel receives the prepayment. In case of no-show for non refundable reservation, if no communication is conducted of guest arriving later than actual arrival date, hotel is not obliged to keep the room on hold longer than the actual arrival date/night. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.
