Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the credit card used for booking and a valid photo ID with the same name must be presented upon check-in. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. As part of the hotel’s ongoing commitment to enhance the resort and its services, the resort is undergoing upgrading works to their meeting facilities from 11 March 2024 to 21 July 2024.
