A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that early check-in is not possible. Payment will be made upon arrival during check-in. A pre-authorization of the total amount of the stay will be made when booking. The credit card used when booking must be provided upon arrival and the cardholder's name must match the name on the photo ID. For reservations with prepayment, the credit card used to make the reservation and a corresponding photo ID will be required upon check-in.
