A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Apartment included in the renovation: Two-Bedroom Apartment -- Via San Giovanni in Laterano 226 Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. Please note, that pets are allowed in the apartments upon request and not in B&B. THE APARTMENT ADJACENT TO THE B&B AT n°226 IS CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION. The hours of the work are: 8 am to 1:15 pm and 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The work will last until mid-October. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, thank you.
