"إقامة راقية مع إفطار مذهل في مكان مميز"
أقمت مؤخرًا في فندق ماتيلد بوتيك في ميلانو، واستمتعت بتجربة رائعة إجمالاً. الموقع لا مثيل له، وفريق العمل كان ودودًا ومحترفًا على حد سواء، والديكور في جميع أنحاء الفندق كان ممتازًا - عصري وذوق وأنيق.
وكان الإفطار اليومي رائعًا للغاية، وذلك بفضل مجموعة كبيرة من الخيارات الطازجة واللذيذة التي تهيئ الطابع المثالي لكل يوم. ومع ذلك، تبدو السيدة التي تشرف على خدمة الإفطار مندهشة إلى حد ما خلال كل تفاعيل، والتي أظهرت عجلة القلق بعض الشيء في بعض الأحيان.

We would like to thank you for your comments about our location and the appreciations of the Hotel as a whole. Located right in the heart of the city, just a few steps from every must-see places of Milan, the Hotel has been completely renewed in 2020, with a very keen eye on details!

We are very happy to hear you appreciated our Italian Buffet Breakfast, served every morning from 7am until 10:30am, is always the right choice to start the day in the best possible way! The choice is very varied: croissants, homemade cakes, yoghurt, cold cuts and cheeses, smoked salmon and much more! We always try, starting from breakfast, to meet the needs of our guests, satisfying every request also regarding food intolerances.
However, we sincerely apologize if the service during breakfast did not meet your expectations. We value your comments about the staff's demeanor, and we will make sure to address this with the team to ensure that our service remains warm and attentive at all times. لقد قضينا يومان في هذا الفندق: كانت الغرفة صغيرة جدًا لثلاثة أشخاص، ولم يكن هناك أي قوارب متحركة سواء في الغرفة أو في الحمام. وكان النافورة في الحمام غير مريحة حقًا. كانت منطقة الإفطار داخل مطعم قريب في الطابق الأول، وطاقم الضيافة لم يكن لطيفا للغاية. وقد أحدث المصعد ضجيجًا فظيعًا لذلك كان يتعين علينا النزول سيرًا. لم يقدم لنا موظف الاستقبال المعلومات الصحيحة.

ماتيلد ميلانو - أعجبتنا الإقامة!
وهذا ببساطة أفضل مكان للإقامة في ميلانو! وتتميز منشأة ماتلدي بأنها رائعة بفضل ما تتمتع به من غرفة نوم كبيرة وحمام كبير/دش، فضلا عن قائمة من الوسائد للاستمتاع بنوم رائع لياليًا. لقد حظينا بإطلالة ممتازة من نافذتنا، والتي استغرقت بطول شارع "توريون" وصولاً إلى ساحة كاتدرائية "فياتسا دومو". كنا على بُعد مسافة قصيرة سيرًا على الأقدام من كل ما أردنا القيام به في ميلانو. استمتعنا بالتنزه سيرًا للاستمتاع بمشاهدة الباليه في "لا سكالا" (La Scala) لليلة واحدة (عبر أروقة التسوق "فيتوريو إيمانويل الثاني")، وقمنا بالتنزه سيرًا إلى "قلعة" (Castello) في الطرف الآخر من المدينة في اليوم التالي. كما يضم مركز التسوق "فيا سباداري" العديد من المتاجر الرائعة، حيث عثرتُ على البياضات الجميلة والخضراوات البلسامية القديمة كهدية للعائلة وللأفراد. وكانت الخدمة أستثنائية، حيث كانت ودودة ومريحة، كما كانت وجبات الإفطار سخية ولذيذة. ابق هنا! لا تتردد!

كل ما تتوق إليه نفسك وبدون تناول عشاء - تبدو رائعة على الموقع الإلكتروني، ولكنها مجرد منشأة سيئة.
إذ يقع الفندق مباشرة فوق طريق الترام مزدحم (والصاخب). إن وجبة الإفطار في الفندق مقرفة، حيث تظل البيض على طاولة الخدمة مسقوفة وباردة من الأحجار، كما كانت لحم الخنزير باردًا أيضًا، وتركت أطباق الخدمة فارغة، وعند استفسار فريق العمل في الانتظار، تم الإجابة عن "كل شيء انتهى" في الساعة 7: 45 صباحًا في الصباح! ولم تكن مستعدة لتقديم أطعمة ساخنة لاستبدال الأطباق الفارغة. يتم الإعلان عن هذه المنشأة كمنشأة لغير المدخنين، ولكنها تسمح بالتدخين! وهناك رائحة غريبة من النفايات بالقرب من أمام الفندق، والتي تتدفق إلى "الاستقبال" الصغير وكذلك إلى المصعد. لن نوصي بهذه المنشأة.

As part of our efforts to ensure our guests' comfort, we offered you the option to move to one of our quieter rooms overlooking the inner courtyard, where you would have experienced no street noise, but we understand that you declined this offer. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will continue to do our best to ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests.
We regret that you were disappointed with the breakfast experience. Please rest assured that we are addressing the situation with our kitchen and service teams to ensure that our guests receive fresh, hot food throughout the morning. We apologize for the oversight and the lack of available food when you inquired.
As for the smoking policy, we want to emphasize that we are a strictly non-smoking property. We were surprised to hear about the smell of smoke, as this is not typical of our hotel. Unfortunately, there are some guests who do not adhere to the policy, and we will investigate this matter to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.
