Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Jim's Jungle Retreat of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A negative coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check in to this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided in daily basies and the guest must request. For cleaning purposes, guests must leave the property every day between (10:00 AM) till (12:00 PM) and between (4:00 PM) till (5:00 PM) and finally for a turndown service at 7.30 PM.
