You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of INR 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at The Sahil Hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN cards are not accepted as ID proof. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. All guest should have received both dose of vaccine, 15 days prior to entering Maharashtra as advised by the Government of Maharashtra. Guests are requested to present the final vaccination certificate upon arrival at the hotel. No Visitors are Allowed
