You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out. All meal inclusive offers are consists of of a set meal at designated venue. Children accompanying guests who book meal inclusive plans will be entitled to a free stay in the existing bedding on room only basis. For meal inclusion, a child supplement would be charged at the designated outlet. Applicable taxes are extra. As per government guidelines, only fully vaccinated individuals are permitted entry into the premises. You are requested to present your vaccination certificate on arrival to facilitate this. The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to non-vaccinated individuals for the safety and security of all our guests and associates. We thank you for your understanding.
