You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property only accepts credit cards. No debit cards are accepted as this can cause problems with the pre-authorization. When arriving at the property is requested a deposit of $200 MXN. At the end of the stay they will be refurbishment.
