In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. This property conducts temperature checks every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. A temperature higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, will result in being denied entry to the property. This property's management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules Please note that in keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking. When booking 5 rooms, different cancellation and guarantee policies may apply. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.
