Great option to stay in Behrampur

The room was good and spacious. I stayed in the suite so don't know about the size of other rooms. The toiled was very good too. Very clean hygienic, onlybthing is that the shower in the 4th floor where I stayed was slow , maybe the water booster pump has to be upgraded for higher floors.
The food that I had consisted of salads, fish and chicken mostly tandoor and all were of very good quality and quantity. Taste was very good too. But the buffet dinner was not at all satisfactory, my friend had it , and the food was stale with no taste. The dal, the chicken even the fish had no taste at all. It's an honest suggestion that if you go on neglecting the buffet , then it will take a toll on your ratings. Also the buffet breakfast was ordinary , some more options like masala dosa or plain dosa , some paratha along with poha or some items must be added. Just puri , sabji, uttapam, eggs , bread and butter is not a good buffet spread that people now a days pay for.
The staff in the front dest specially Sumit and the lady were of great help and always adressed everything with a smile. The staff in the restaurant were also very good.
Even next time I visit I intend to stay there but would love to see my suggestions bear some fruit.

Excellent restaurant at berhampore

Good service by global alley staff specially rojina and raja. Excellent food kebab was outhwaterig. Good work done by kitchen team. Keep up the good work. Location was good. Very near to Berhampur railway station. We enjoy the day with my friends. Thanks

Very good

It was a good experience staying at Golden Retreat Hotel.
The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. The staff were polite and helpful & Sumit Explains anything well specially thanks SUMIT Who Helped us. ......................

Everybody Friendly , Nice environment, Comfortable.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. The room is spacious and clean. Facilities, swimming pool are clean and good looking rooms. There was a manager named Sumit,helped to serve us during local site scene, he was very helpful and polite

Definitely recommending the hotel

Came with my friends and had an wonderful experience. The staff were polite and helpful specially front desk Sumit who helped us. The pool is also well maintained. The food and ambience was too good. Definitely will recommend my known people to visit the hotel again.
