موقع رائع مع أجواء كلاسيكية ودية ودية
إقامة رائعة في هذا الفندق. يضمن فريق العمل والأجواء والخدمات أن نكون في مكان إستثنائي. لم تكن هناك أي متاعب. وكان كل فريق عمل يتسم بالود والابتسامة بدءًا من متجر الأمتعة وصولاً إلى وجبة الإفطار وصولاً إلى مكتب الاستقبال. ولا شك أنني أود المجيء إلى مطعم صوفيا الذي رحب بنا بخريطة مجانية وبعض النصائح لمساعدتنا في الاستمتاع بهذه المدينة بشكل أكبر.
الموقع كان استثنائيًا - 3 دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام من محطات المترو والترام مباشرة في الخارج مع خدمات متكررة على مهل. كانت رحلة القطار إلى وسط المدينة لمدة أقل من 15 دقيقة ورخيصة للغاية. ونصيحتي أن تحصل على بطاقة سفر لمدة 72 ساعة في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع. وتُقدم الخدمات كل سبعة دقائق أو أكثر.
كانت وجبة الإفطار ممتعة بفضل مجموعة رائعة من المنتجات ذات الجودة الفائقة والمُصاحبة بموسيقى حية لموسيقى البيانو المجانية.
والغرف كبيرة وفسيحة ومجهزة جيدا. لا تشعر بأنها مستحقة لتجديد النشاط في العام القادم أو هذا القريب، ولكن استمتع بسرير رائع! نائم هائل ورائع. كما كانت هدية مجانية لعيد ميلاد زوجتي لمسة رائعة!

إقامة ممتعة في دي جي
يا له من فندق جميل. وخاصة الخدمة في مكتب الاستقبال والمشرب كانت مذهلة. والغرف نظيفة وفسيحة، والبوفيه رائع، كما أن الإفطار لذيذ حقًا. وهناك نقطة سلبية تتمثل في صخب المصاعد وأحيانًا الردهة المزدحمة للغاية. ولكنني أوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق.

رائعة من البداية إلى النهاية
أعجبتني هذا الفندق حقًا. لقد زرنا هذا المطعم خلال الأعوام الخمسة الماضية (انتقل في 2021 للاستمتاع بفيروس كوفيد). هذا الموقع رائع للغاية. إننا نذهب إلى مسابقة السكواش كل عام، كما أن فريق العمل رائع للغاية بالنسبة لجميع الأطفال. الإفطار مذهل ومنطقة البار غاية في الود، كما أن فريق العمل يقظ للغاية.

Excellent place with normal price
The hotel is in the good place.
Very beautiful place and near of metro station and tramway
Staff are very friendly and helpful
Room is clean and beautiful and comfortable
In the lobby piano is playing and music flowing in the air
If you pay extra and get the executive lounge room you get a very good treat

Superb, but with a flaw
This hotel is one of the larger ones in Prague and probably one of the most popular.
It is perfectly located for all public transport being only a 2 minute walk away and a 20 minute tube ride into the city.
The entrance is grand, welcoming and bright. A pianist playing throughout the day reminds us of a connection to classical music (there's a mozart statue in the foyer) with a well staffed reception and attentive and helpful English speaking staff.
Facilities are excellent. A 12th floor spa and a huge gym across the road that you have access to via a free voucher issued at the front desk.
Restaurants are excellent with a buffet style and a la carte options.
But this quality seems to lesson as you leave the ground floor toward the rooms.
We were located on the 3rd floor and a standard double room was a little basic.
It had tea and coffee makings, a decent bath/shower but 2 single beds.
If you're from the UK, imagine a Holiday Inn Express. It was that standard. Fine, but nothing to write home about.
There was no fridge, it had tv and more importantly it had no air con.
Now let's get to that. The hotel was absolutely roasting. Temperature outside was 18c, but all the heating was on. We baked in our room and slept very poorly.
Our room looked out onto the atrium and as I opened the window it created a tornado of air rushing through the room and howling at the door just like you see in films about hurricanes!
So I closed the window and it stopped. I messaged my son, who studies building design, and he told me that the atrium at lower level will have a build up of air pressure that has only 1 route out, and that's via my door!
So, we couldn't open the window and had to request a loud fan to keep us cool.
So my best tip is, request a room on the outside as the extreme air pressure may be less there.
But, I have to stress, the staff are superb, food and bar services are second to none with one of the most comprehensive breakfasts I've ever seen. It's just the room and lack of sleep comfort that has made me mark it down.
