Got to resort early, they allow us to use the facilities until our room was ready, service was excellent. Food was delicious.

Glamping not resort life!

To start the grounds are the best part! You are literally in the jungle with all the animals. But… there is no hot water, even asked front to check and they said it was working. Luke warm at best! Beds and pillows are rock hard. Beach is about 1 mile away

I was driving and could only stay 2 nights. All staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful about every aspect of guests' stays. Comfy beds, and wonderful breakfast too.

We loved our stay there. Nice staff, nice pool area and lovely surroundings and we could hear howler monkeys. It was the most tranquil experience sitting outside our bungalow in the morning just enjoying the sounds from the nature.

Very good

The very complete room. The pool is too hot, which can be good for some and bad for others. Breakfast was good but they didn't let you repeat it. I ate 2 pancakes and then they told me that my husband couldn't eat because we had already brought 2. I had to tell the receptionist. I didn't like that. The rest all very well. Grateful for the detail of my birthday.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
